The comparisons to a rock star is very appropriate! Which rock star is the question? The Beatles or Peter Frampton. As you know the Beatles lasted forever and are multigenerational while Peter Frampton is doing Geico commercials. Kids and youth in general are fickle. You can be on top one day and have a number one hit never to get the kid to listen to you again. Barack will never have this chance again and can he turnout the vote on the real election day! I doubt it! The concert can't play the same song "come be my love "for a year straight and keep the kids coming. Woman in particular will have missed their opportunity to change the world for the better.To break the glass ceiling. Shame on Oprah! Her choice to put her weight behind race rather then the injustice of gender inequality ,those who have made her rich and famous: middle age women is proof again, it is a mans world and women are more loyal to a good looking guy then they will ever be to another woman. SAD isn't it!

The steamroller that was to carry Obama to the White House after his victory in Iowa hit a major speed-bump in New Hampshire. The no-nonsense folks in that state looked beyond the pretty smile and the flowery speeches and decided to go with someone with more substance, after all we're not in sixth grade and it's not a popularity contest. Likeability is what got the cocky cowboy from Crawford elected and look at how well that turned out for us. I actually have nothing against Barack other than his lack of political battle scars. I think he would make a fine Vice-President, where he could spend eight years honing his political skills and aquiring the wisdom and experience to succeed Hilary. Assuming of course that Chelsea chooses not to run.
